About the Event

Geddington Ghost Walk

Beginning before sunset at five o'clock, we will be wandering through the ancient jitties, lanes and streets of Geddington recalling traditions from our ancient and Christian pasts, telling ghostly tales and reviving the ancient tradition of Souling.

As Samhain covered several nights and due to popular demand, there will be  several dates for our ghost walk from the 30 till the 5th

The Ghost Walk begins at the Bridge in Geddington at 5:00pm, and ends at the Star before 6:30.

Price

£5 for adults, £3 for children between 10 and 17

Your tour guide

Kam Caddell has been leading acclaimed historical walks and talks on Geddington and the surrounding villages for over a decade. Rated five stars by TripAdvisor and Yelp, he has brought history to life for thousands over the years.

Practicalities

All  children must be accompanied by an adult and if younger than 10, we may have to keep some of the more gruesome tales for another night.

Bring  some props appropriate for Samhain - a carved gourd, some small prop to disguise to hide from ghosts and ghouls or to trick them into believing you are  one of them!

If you have a ghost story of your own that can be told in five minutes, we'd love to hear it on the tour.

Advisory

If the weather is absolutely miserable, walks will be rescheduled for another date within the week, weather allowing.
